
I discovered Yoga at the age of 20, it was a natural transition to a childhood and adolescence dedicated to dance and gymnastics. I believe I have tried and gone through many of the variants that exist today in Yoga and have enjoyed most of them, always inspired by brilliant or inspiring teachers.
I am a therapist / masseuse by profession, more concertedly I work with a technique called Ayurvedic Yoga Massage that combines passive yoga postures and massage.
Teaching Yoga only arises in my life at 32, when the practice and its benefits are very integrated into my daily life.
I trained in Central India in Traditional Yoga (or Hatha Yoga) and taught for about 5 years, it gives me great pleasure to teach and keep learning from Yoga every day.
