A TYPICAL DAY IN THE RETIREMENT
Start the day revitalizing with yoga and rejuvenating with Ayurvedic treatments followed by herbal baths or sauna. Walks and relax with nature. All meals are balanced vegetarian meals. You can participate in activities such as learning to live healthily, disease prevention, organic gardening and healthy cooking. End the day with meditation for mental and spiritual relaxation.
7:45 – 8:30 am Group Yoga Class – (suitable for beginners and all other levels)
8:30 – 10:00 am Freshly made Ayurvedic breakfast, fresh fruits and freshly squeezed juices
10:30 – 12:30 am Personalized Ayurvedic massage with herbal baths and sauna. Always following the treatment as prescribed by the doctor.
12:30 – 1:30 pm Nature walk with stunning views of the island of Ibiza
1:30 – 2:30 pm Freshly made Ayurvedic lunch
2:30 – 4 pm Free Time
4 – 5:00 pm Various activities depending on the day (cooking class, meditation, Ayurveda class, excursions, etc.)
5 – 7:00 pm Second Ayurvedic treatment if necessary
4:00 p.m. – 4:30 pm. Tea and snacks
7 – 8:00 p.m. yoga intermediate level or meditation
8 – 9:00 pm Ayurvedic dinner freshly prepared
