Welcome! We continue with courses in therapeutic massages and theoretical-practical Ayurvedic treatments, dedicated to understanding and assimilating an ancient art from Kerala, in southern India. The results of Ayurveda have been experienced for thousands of years and the techniques have changed very little because they are effective and in harmony with the human being and nature.

On next Thursday, we will hold a workshop to delve into the medicinal world of Ayurveda. We will tell you the basis of this universal medicine and the basic fundamentals so that you can understand and assimilate it. A little initiation into the wonderful world of plants and their paths. In the second part of the workshop you will learn to perform head massage (shiroabhyangam) as it has been done in India for thousands of years, and you will feel in your hands the ancient movements transmitted from hand to hand since the beginning. This head massage is used for countless benefits, especially to relax stress and repetitive thinking, to calm nerves, anxiety, and mental tension, and to make all the endings of our head breathe. A gift for our daily physical and mental health.

THE WORKSHOP

• Oriented to work as a therapist in spas and massage centers and for anyone interested in knowing and deepening in Ayurveda.
• The theoretical-practical workshop will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, 2nd of June.
• It will be divided into 2 hours of fundamental theory and 2 hours of practical class. A total of 4 hours.
