NADA YOGA

CONNECT WITH THE HEALING POWER OF SOUND VIBRATION

Nada Yoga is one of the oldest practices in the world, and it is mixed with the very origin of the knowledge of the Vedas, where all the knowledge of Yoga arises.

All that we know as “Veda” was absorbed by these sages, called Rishis, through the perception of non-audible vibrations. In these vibrations that exist until today in the universe, is all the wisdom and knowledge that the human being can obtain.

What is the relationship between Nada Yoga, Yoga and Hatha Yoga?

There is only one Yoga, and the different types of yoga are only different ways to achieve the long-awaited perception of peace. In fact, the oldest yoga has a lot to do with the primordial sound, as we explained at the beginning, with that deep listening of the inaudible and intangible, and that is Nada Yoga in essence.
For us to understand each other, working with sound would be to Nada Yoga, what the body is to Hatha Yoga.

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY

What contributions or benefits will be able to extract those who attend this workshop?

The first benefit that people will obtain by taking the Nada Yoga workshop will simply be to get in touch with deep meditation without suffering or internal discomfort.

The second benefit will be to obtain the perception of this wonderful vibrational or energetic body that we possess, which connects us with everything and makes us perceive that we are part of a whole, and we are not alone.

Third, we will gain a more conscious awareness of mental and emotional oscillations, so that these changes do not influence us so negatively when they occur.
