CONTEMPLATIVE GESTALT RETREAT
With Lama Wangjor

We present a vision of Gestalt Therapy from a point of view and experience focused on the spiritual-experiential path.

We start from the knowledge of Buddhist Psychology working from the gestalt experience of the Here and Now.

Contemplative Gestalt therapy brings us closer to a practice and a way of living where the most important thing is to live together from a Fertile Void. Turning neuroses (suffering) into a simple “nothing”. It is a conscious work that consists of understanding and letting go, through coherent understanding, lucid reflection (contemplation), and one’s own experience and Meditation.

CONTEMPLATIVE GESTALT WHERE IS THE DIFFERENCE?

A Gestalt based on Buddhist Psychology

Lama Wangjor will facilitate the understanding of the erroneous view of living from the outside, judging, criticizing and interpreting others and oneself from an egocentric perception based on appearances, generating ourselves and generating a constant sick distortion.

Seeing life and all beings from their inner nature, judgments and interpretations will be replaced by Compassionate and Loving experiences. You don’t have to be afraid and learn to see yourself from the inside out and not from the outside in, so no one will harm you, not even you can do it yourself. We will begin to know how to live happily, knowing our emotions and making them a tool for happiness and growth.

THEME OF THE WORKSHOP

Saturday:

10:00 – 11:30 Explanation and operation of Contemplative Gestalt Therapy. How the mind works, thoughts and emotions, learn to recognize them as part of it and not as an identification of the Self.

16:00 – 17:30 Identification of the Self as separate from the rest. And how it influences us emotionally in our relationships with the external (other people and situations)

18:00 – 19:30 Identification of the Self as part of the whole. And how it influences us emotionally in our relationships with the external (other people and situations)

Sunday:

10:00 – 11:30 We will work with the created characters, we will study the different types of characters that identify our personality in different situations (where they come from, what they intend and how they affect us, etc.)

12:00 – 14:00 Discovering our particular intuition. Activities will be carried out to work with our intuition and learn to recognize it.
