“The subconscious is full of hidden tendencies that are the cause of our suffering. Therefore, the first step to make change possible is to bring these tendencies to our conscious mind and thus start the real work…”

Our conscious mind is practically defenseless against the chaotic giant that represents our subconscious, which in most cases, ends up taking the reins of our lives. Why do I repeat harmful patterns and behaviors when I really want to change and address what makes me happy? Undoubtedly, the subconscious is full of hidden tendencies that are the cause of our suffering. Therefore, the first step to make change possible is to bring these tendencies to our conscious mind and thus start the real work.

There are three basic pillars for the change to be complete:

1) Awareness.
It consists in recognizing old blocks through the analysis of current or past harmful situations that are repeated in my life, physical dysfunctions, and negative emotions that have become trends. From here, you already have a starting point to go backwards and inwards trying to reach the deepest layers. It is important in the awareness, take into account the body and bodily sensations, which are the best compass to show our thoughts and emotions more hidden.

2) Cleaning.
The four basic emotions that indicate that we are in a deep layer and that, therefore, liberation can begin, are the following:
1) sadness-pain
2) fault
3) anger-hate-destructive tendencies
4) fear.
Each traumatic memory of the past is accompanied by thoughts, bodily sensations and different images that have been anchored in our mind and body. When mentally reliving these situations, it is as if we were accessing those dark corners that we had forgotten and that we need to clean up.

3) Reeducate the mind.
As we all know, the potential of the mind is incredible, the problem is that it is rarely used for our benefit, which is why it usually becomes our worst enemy. However, with the mind one can overcome any limitation, obstacle or fear, since it was within it that they were created.

The ultimate purpose of the transformation, is that each person can release the ballast of the past to look back to its true nature of light and love in which there is neither lack nor suffering.

Conscious Transformation is the space in which it is allowed to develop these three steps through breathing, meditation, tapping, visualizations, the power of the mind and healing by means of sound.

It is a space of non-judgment in which the person is simply accompanied to deepen within himself, discovering his own answers; everything is within oneself, you just have to pay attention.

When the healing comes from within, the person is empowered and takes responsibility in life, assumes its true potential
