This April we will have the privilege of visiting four Tibetan Lamas and a Tibetan doctor of medicine. It is a great opportunity because in the group that will visit us there are two Larampa Geshes. Geshe Larampa is Master of Masters, is the ultimate title of Tibetan Buddhism and requires 20 years of study to be achieved.
Individual activities, such as energy purifications, personal consultations with Mo, and Tibetan Astrology and Medicine sessions. They will also give teachings, initiations, pujas and Chod sessions, as well as perform mandalas and sacred songs. Also blessings of homes and families or children.”

The lamas of the Gaden Shartse monastery will offer Tibetan medicine, astrology consultations and sacred songs

Ibiza, March 18, 2014. Located in a beautiful place at 5,000 meters high, the monastery of Gaden was one of the three great monasteries of Tibet had more than 5,000 monks. However, after the Chinese communist invasion of 1959, 100,000 Tibetans had to go into exile in India, following their spiritual leader the Dalai Lama.

Ten years later, in 1969, the Tibetans founded Gaden Shartse University in South India, which today has more than 1,400 scholarship students. Since then, Gaden has been the seat of many great filmmakers, abbots of the monastery, Geshes Larampas (great masters), preserving the purest traditions. In its formation, it combines study, rituals and meditation. It has more than two hundred monks, many of them young exiles from Tibet, in precarious conditions, and also some senior monks.

A group of monks belonging to this monastery, are making a tour of different countries, with the aim of raising funds for the Kanghtsen, they have contracted a debt of € 95,000, due to emergency reforms made by the rains of the past monsoon and the bad state of its facilities. It is a critical situation, because the house of monks is in debt and they need to face the payments. Donations and income from activities are for this cause.
