1 Level I: NATURAL COSMETICS COURSE
PROGRAM
PHYTOTHERAPY
-Recolection, drying and conservation
-Tints, Macerations and Syrups.
-Aromatic Sacs, Toothpaste
-Study of 5 aromatic and medicinal plants of the area, making known its uses and properties.
HANDMADE SOAPS
-History of soap
-Saponification method
– Soap recipes
-Recycled oil.
-Cleaning products
-Realization of liquid and solid soaps
-We will know and make solid and liquid soaps for personal care, we will learn how to make cleaning products through oil recycling.
ARTISAN COSMETICS
-Cleaning the skin with usual food products in the home.
AROMATHERAPY
-History
-High, medium and low grades
-Distillation
-Properties of Essential Oils. Through the smell, emotion and essential property
-Functioning of the alembic.
-Use of essential oils: AROMATHERAPY
-Practices. Preparation of perfume and therapeutic oils
-Rescue an old method for cleansing the skin using only fruits, cereals and vegetables available in all homes.

The alchemical aromatherapy with essential oils has an enormous cosmetic power with therapeutic and preventive effects for the human health and organism. The essential oils have, consequently, a great power to heal and transform, not only the physical body and the skin, but the spirit and emotions, since they act in the three dimensions of the human being: physical, energetic and mental. The techniques used are very pleasant and pleasant: baths with floral essences, massages with aromatic oils, vaporizations and inspiration of natural fragrances dispersed in the air.
